your best friend? (the one who you grew up with, spent almost half or your life with, always there for you no matter what the consequence is. waited for you)

i would pick the best friend, he sounds cute funny and sensitive. most girls i know enjoy these things in men. but if i were stupid i would pick the other guy and brake my best friend's heart. and i'm not stupid!For women. (updated) The choice between your best friend and boyfriend
Any guy that would put me in that situation is an ***, but hypothetically speaking, I would have to say that I would choose my best friend over my guy, just because I always know that my friend is there for me, just like she was in the past, with a new boyfriend, you don't have that same security.
The situation also counts. If the boyfriend is very committed and serious then definitely him!

Choose your best friend...they've been there this long and they are going to always be there. Boyfriends come and go, you don't get many best friends.
Honestly I would always chose my best friend over any guy any day. I have been in this sistuation where my best friend's boyfriend made her stop talking to me and it was hurt very badly just because of everything we have been through together for so many years, then the day they broke up who did she call because even tho she was not aloud to talk to me she always knew she could count on me. Boyfriends can come and boyfriends can go. But no matter what your best friend will always be there for you weather you believe it or not. If your boyfriend cant accept who your friends are then they cant accept you. Because everyone knows who ever your best friend your just like them so if your boyfriend does not like your best friend then apparently they dont like you.
It depends. I was put in that situation and I chose my boyfriend. And I don't regret it at all. We've been together almost 5 years now. Sometimes, your ';bestf'; can get a bit too overprotective and you can't do anything about that. And also you're not going to choose your best friend over a boyfriend if your best friend is not right. I have known her since like middle school and well, it just was not meant to be.





I personally hate it when people say, ';I will choose my best friend always!';. No you won't... because you never know what happens 'til you go through it. Anyways, you guys might fight over something else more stupid in the future and there goes your friendship.





What I am trying to say is, a best friend isn't always your best interest. Just be careful because even your own family can stab you in the back, easily.
